Here is how Daryl Isenhower screwed me: I got ripped off by a con-man of a dentist in Port St Lucie named Aaron Schamback so I filed a breach of contract lawsuit. Schamback filed an MTD based on lack of pre-suit investigation. And dumb-ass Daryl granted the MTD, despite my explanation to him that a pre-suit investigation is not required for a breach of contract claim. It only inheres if I'd filed a claim for a personal injury.
I even printed out and attached the complete text of the statute as a supplement to my Motion For Reconsideration ...
And I even printed out and filed the definition of "personal injury" for this intellectual weakling of a judge!!

Isenhower made such a jackass out of himself at the re-hearing on the MTD. After he granted it, I said, "Judge, I am only seeking the money that was stolen from me for a service that never was rendered .... What exact injury am I supposed to have examined as part of the pre-suit investigation?"
Of course, Isenhower was 100 percent wrong in his decision and had no reply for my question, so he said, "I'll exercise my right not to answer."
What kind of idiot judge cannot even articulate why he rules a certain way? Only Daryl Isenhower.

All I can suggest if you file a Complaint in small claims court in St Lucie County and it's assigned to Daryl Isenhower is to maybe try filing a Motion To Disqualify under Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.330.
"Comes Now The Plaintiff To File This Motion To Disqualify And In Support Thereof States That Daryl Isenhower Is A Total Idiot Who Cannot Tell His Ass From A Hole In The Ground.
"The Plaintiff therefore respectfully requests that Daryl Jay Isenhower grant this Motion To Disqualify so that the Chief Administrative Judge re-assign this case to someone who has an actual working, functional brain inside his head."
Otherwise, just cross your fingers and pray that Isenhower either gets removed from the bench by the JQC / Florida Supreme Court or that the judges rotate and someone else gets your case, someone who actually cares about his job and his oath of office.
